Relocation from Greece:
Lessons Learned and Looking Ahead

The voluntary EU scheme for the relocation of vulnerable refugees and asylum seekers from Greece is scheduled to end. Mobile Info Team joined 27 civil society organizations calling for the continuation of relocation from Greece This briefing paper, based on the organizations’ experiences both in Greece and in destination countries, offers their perspective on how to improve the process and outcomes for those being relocated, particularly for unaccompanied children - of whom their are 2,738 currently in Greece.
